The Phaserunner motor controller is a small state of the art field oriented motor controller (FOC) from Grin Technologies based on the control electronics from Accelerated Systems Inc. of Waterloo.

This controller is a universal device that will fit on almost any bike frame and work with almost any motor system. You can power it from a 24V battery or a 72V battery and run your phase current to over 90A, though the continuous current without additional heatsinking is typically 45-50A.

Compatibility and Installation for E-Bikes

The wiring is stripped down to the bare essentials for a clean install with two versions for two different applications. The Phaserunner ebike controller has a cable exit for all the motors supplied by Grin with the L1019 connector, the Phaserunner_MT is connectorized for separate cable harnesses between the controller and motor.
